What technical requirements should be complied with in mechanical processing?

(1) Remove oxide skin from parts.

(2) There should be no defects such as scratches or scratches on the machined surface of parts.

(3) The shape tolerance without injection should meet the requirements of GB1184-80, and the allowable deviation of length and dimension without injection should be (+0.5mm).

(4) The tolerance zone of the castings is symmetrical to the basic size configuration of the blank castings.

(5) The assembly of rolling bearings permits the use of oil heating for hot charging, and the temperature of oil shall not exceed 100 C.

(6) Sealing fillers or sealants are allowed to be used when assembling hydraulic systems, but they should be prevented from entering the system.

(7) Parts and components that enter the assembly shall have the qualification certificate of the inspection department before they can be assembled.

(8) Parts must be cleaned and cleaned before assembly. No burrs, flying edges, oxide scales, rust, chips, oil stains, colorants and dust shall be allowed.

(9) Before assembly, the main mating dimensions of parts and parts should be reviewed, which are interference mating dimensions and related accuracy.

(10) No knocking, touching, scratching and rusting are allowed during assembly.

(11) When bolts, bolts and nuts are fastened, it is strictly forbidden to strike or use inappropriate screwdrivers and wrenches. After tightening, the screw grooves, nuts and bolt heads shall not be damaged.

(12) The fasteners required to tighten the moment shall be tightened with a torque wrench and tightened according to the specified tightening moment.

(13) After bonding, the excess adhesives flowing out should be removed.

(14) The outer ring of the bearing must not be stuck with the semi-circular hole of the open bearing seat and the bearing cover; the outer ring of the bearing should be in good contact with the semi-circular hole of the open bearing seat and the bearing cover. When checking with painting, the outer ring of the bearing should be in uniform contact with the bearing seat in the symmetrical center line 120 degrees and the bearing cover in the symmetrical center line 90 degrees.

(15) After assembling the outer ring of the bearing, it should contact evenly with the end face of the bearing cover at the positioning end.

(16) Rolling bearings should be flexible and smooth to rotate by hand after being installed.

(17) The joint surface of upper and lower bearing bushes should be closely joined and checked with 0.05 mm plug ruler.

(18) When fixing bearing bush with positioning pin, drilling hinges and pins shall be drilled to ensure that the opening and closing surfaces of the Bush and the end faces are in line with the opening and end faces of the relevant bearing holes. The pin shall not be loosened after it is entered.

(19) Alloy bearing liner is not allowed to be used when its surface is yellow. No nucleation is allowed in the specified contact angle. The area of nucleation outside the contact angle shall not be greater than 10% of the total area of the non-contact area.

(20) The base face of the gear (worm wheel) should be fitted to the shoulder (or the end face of the positioning sleeve), and it should be checked with a 0.05mm plug ruler. The verticality requirement of the base face and axis of the gear should be guaranteed.
